Handmade nature of items

Each item in my shop is handmade: printed, cut, made (or sewn) and packed by me in my home studio. Every single one.
Due to their handmade nature, please, note that items may show very slight imperfections; everything is made with love and care.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Buyers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Complimentary shipping upgrades may be applied at my discretion for optimal delivery.

- EUROPE: Standard shipping is Priority Mail without tracking. Upgrade shipping is by carrier (FedEx/UPS/BRT), signature required.

- WORLDWIDE (Excl.US): In order to keep shipping cost low, items are shipped without tracking info. To be able to track your order, please upgrade it during checkout (FedEx or UPS carrier).

-US: Default shipping is already tracked (all import duties and tariffs included!).

My order is damaged, got lost or I'm not satisfied with the items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, gets lost or if you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please contact me at versusprints.shop@gmail.com; I'll be happy to fix the issues and work out a solution with you.
If you have not received your order 6 weeks after dispatch, please contact me asap.

Returns and Refunds

I accept returns.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery filling the 'Contact' form or at versusprints.shop@gmail.com stating name and order number.

Send the items back within 14 days of contacting me.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
